Traditional yoga which is healing, relaxing, meditative, wholistic, incorporating all the yogas, not just hatha. All aspects of yoga too. You are able to get a total experience of yoga.

- progressing from beginner, gentle practices of yoga, to learning more when you are ready.

- Also for those who have sports injuries, require healing, strengthening and conditioning.

* For those too with already a little experience of yoga, rusty and would like to gently get back into doing yoga, for those who are intermediate or advanced at yoga, but feel they are missing the fundamentals of yoga foundation and basic knowledge of yoga. *

10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Intermediate - Adults

For those you have 3 years of beginner yoga classes, good health, no physical limitations, physical strenth, are able and prepared for more challenging poses, pranayama and meditation.

In class you will learn:

Asanas (yoga poses) -

for removing toxins and impurities; removing tensions at the physical, mental, emotional, psychosomatic, spiritual levels.

(Taught to you safely, to prevent injuring yourself.)

Pranayama (breathing techniques and practices) -

clearing blockages, increasing the flow of energy.

Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation technique.

Meditation - moving inwards safely.

Shatkarmas - detox, cleansing series, which can help with sinus problems, allergies, hyper tension, digestive problems (some types), improve eyesight, help with metabolism and hormonal imbalances, migraine, pent up emotions.

Mudras and Bandhas - techniques for preventing the dissipation of energy and directing energy.

Mantras for healing and balance. (Including learning how to use yantras and mandalas for healing and balance.)

All the above are taught systematically, scientifically, safely, with knowledge and understanding.
